STATUTORY DECLARATION UNDER RTI ACT, 2005
IPS Academy, Jhabua hereby makes a statutory declaration in accordance with Section 4(1)(b) of the Right to Information Act, 2005, as amended from time to time. The Right to Information Act, 2005 (No. 22 of 2005), enacted by the Parliament of India and effective from 15th June 2005, provides the right to citizens to access information under the control of public authorities. The Act aims to promote transparency and accountability in the functioning of every public authority and provides for the constitution of the Central Information Commission and State Information Commissions, along with matters connected therewith. As per the provisions of the Act, all Universities and Colleges established by law made by Parliament or State Legislature, or by notification of the appropriate Government, and institutions owned, controlled, or substantially financed directly or indirectly by funds provided by the Government, fall within the purview of “Public Authority” under this Act. IPS Academy, Jhabua is committed to upholding the spirit and provisions of the RTI Act. The institute ensures proactive disclosure of information as required under Section 4(1)(b) of the Act. Relevant information is made available on the institute’s official website for the benefit of the public.
